At Kamyya, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great pride in our handcrafted, one-of-a-kind pieces. Slight variations in stones, craftsmanship, or finish are a natural part of this charm and are not considered defects.

Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at:

If the order has not yet been processed for shipping, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be treated as a return.

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange only if your item meets one of the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item has a manufacturing defect.

Items not eligible for return:
Due to the custom nature of our products we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or personalized orders.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: You must notify us within 7 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp. Please include your Order ID.
  2. Provide Proof: To help our team resolve this quickly, please share clear photos and a short unboxing video showing the damage, defect, or wrong item. This is crucial for our quality control (QC) and insurance claims.
  3. QC Approval: Our team will review your request. We reserve the right to deny a return if the item does not meet our return criteria or appears to be worn, used, or altered.
  4. Return Pickup: Once your return is approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup from your address. Please ensure the item is packed securely in its original, undamaged packaging, along with all tags and inserts.

Refunds & Store Credit

Once we receive the returned item and it passes our quality check, you will have two options:

  1. Replacement: We will ship a new, identical product to you at no extra cost (subject to availability).
  2. Refund: We will process a full refund back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
